Samahita Wellness offers a complete approach to well-being, one that takes into account physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects of one's health. We offer several personalized and guided detox programs, to help you back to good health and even take your yoga practice a step further while transforming your body and mind.
Samahita Wellness is nestled within the healing and supportive environment of Yoga Thailand, a well-respected yoga and wellness retreat center situated in an exceptionally beautiful and tranquil beachfront setting in south of Koh Samui. For your health and environment, Yoga Thailand is a smoke and alcohol free retreat center.

Yoga Thailand was founded by Paul and Jutima Dallaghan in 2003 on the island of Koh Samui. The center has been a location for practice, learning and holiday for literally thousands of guests. It is our honor and privilege to have you join us here. The way we live is what we want to share with you - a healthy life and sincere yoga practice to foster personal growth.

Yoga Thailand has a well respected reputation in offering yoga retreats, yoga training, yoga holidays, Pranayama and Meditation, wellness and detox programs, delicious and healthy food and an atmosphere conducive to both restoration and growth. A true community where many friendships blossom.
We live the life and approach that we offer here. This is how our offerings to wellness and yoga through Yoga Thailand have come to be. Samahita Wellness is a direct creation from a committed and well-trained lifestyle on health and personal growth through education in yoga, ayurveda, nutrition, physiology and personal self growth. We believe in this, we live this and we are happy to share it with you.
Samahita Wellness offers a selection of Detox as well as individual treatments and therapies. Mentored by Yoga Thailand's founders, Paul and Jutima, and led by Wellness Director, Claudia, is our skilled team of therapists and nurse. Our programs combine the wisdom of ancient ayurvedic and yogic teachings along with a full modern understanding of nutrition and physiology.
Our Detox Programs focus on removing unwanted waste and toxins from the body and involve some level of diet control along with a selection of therapies and classes and our specially formulated ayurvedic herbal detox mixture.
Our Wellness Programs allow the guest to still enjoy the full culinary delights of Yoga Thailand while engaging in a full program of therapies. We have installed the most professional equipment to aid the process with our colon hydrotherapy machine and far infrared sauna.
All Samahita Wellness programs take place at Yoga Thailand. We have developed a personal and dedicated center to focus specifically on wellbeing. In addition to this is the benefit of the full facilities at Yoga Thailand. The full professional support of the yoga and environment completes the experience. |
