Natural High health retreat first opened in 2003 in Koh Chang just south east of Pattaya. Koh Samui is fast becoming the health retreat & spa capital of Thailand and with improving infrastructure and an airport we decided to relocate.

Our health programs range from 1 to 7 days or even more if people require and begin with a personal consultation. Natural High health treatments include: Custom-Made Fig and Cassis Body Scrub or Natures Potions 7 Step Facial, Hot Herbal Compress for aches and pains.

We offer a wide range of massages by fully qualified Thai masseuses in a wonderfully quiet natural and rustic setting. At Samuis Natural High Massage Sala we use fine oils, gentle sounds and an expert touch. We are based in an old wooden Thai House on a quiet secluded beach at Thong Krut fishing village on the Southern tip of Samui.

All but the very dedicated indulge themselves at times so we offer natural health & beauty treatments. We also offer a full range of Fasting & Detox programs including Colonic Irrigation.
